What we collect. When you contact DirectAline by email, by phone, or through the form on our website, we collect what you send us, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, and message. When we answer calls for a customer, we collect the caller's name, phone number, and the details of the call so we can pass the message to that customer.
Our website. When you visit, our website host may collect standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.
How we use it. We use your information only to reply to you, set up your free week, and provide the service you ask for. We use caller details only to take the message and send it to the customer the call was for.
Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers we need to run DirectAline, such as our website, email, and phone providers, and when the law requires.

Service. DirectAline answers calls forwarded to us by our customers and sends the details to the customer. We follow the customer's written instructions.
Free week. The free week lasts one week from the start date we confirm with you. After the free week, service continues only if you tell us to.
No contract. You can stop at any time by emailing contact@directaline.com and removing call forwarding to us. The service then ends.
Pricing. Pricing is monthly and is shared with you before you decide to continue.
Your responsibilities. You decide how calls are handled and what counts as an emergency. DirectAline passes messages as you instruct, and is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency that threatens life or safety, callers should call 911. Legal compliance for your business remains your responsibility.
Limits. We work to be accurate and timely, but we cannot guarantee that every call will connect or that every message will be delivered, for example during phone or internet outages. To the extent the law allows, DirectAline is not liable for losses that result from a missed or delayed call or message.
